No response to Internet Connectivity

After numerous calls, one being 53minutes, and almost 2 weeks later i have had no positive response to no internet connectivity. The only response i get is "Telkom will attend". Between Cybersmart and Telkom they appear to lack the willpower to sort this problem out and i can be sure i will have to pay for their services at the end of the month for which i didnt get a service - how does one get this sorted out?
I'm sick and tired of phoning and getting no response.
