WENT TO VODASHOP IN CLEARWATER MALL 5 TIMES FOR HELP TO SORT OUT A DISPUTE ON DATA USAGE ACCOUNT! An amout of R4600 was deducted from my account and they can not provide PROOF Of where the data was used. Dispute number SHD88-8IEU!
I INSIST ON A REFUND ON MY ACCOUNT! I 've send a request letter, spoke to numerous employees for assistance AND NOTHING YET!!!
