After getting a "Your account has been suspended due to high usage, R8500" sms and subsequently getting my account locked. Phoning the help line over and over to get it sorted, Logging a dispute I eventually got someone to phone me and sort it out. He then offered me a "Show of good faith" where he would write off the entire amount in dispute. After getting the letter it wasn't the entire amount. Trying to get hold of him again did not work, nor could any one else from Vodacom help me. I Just got a stop order go off for the rest of the money that they didn't reimburse which is 20 times more than my monthly subscription on the data account. This is very unfair. What is going on, I have been a customer of vodacom for 10 years.
