On 18/11/12 my BB Bold 9900 encountered a LCD failure as well as intermittent keypad issues, immediately I booked in the phone for repairs and was told it would take 7-21 working days. After getting no follow up calls for nearly 3 weeks I inquired the status only to be told the warranty is void due to physical damage (which I know it can never be as i take extremely good care of my phone, its condition is testament to this!), I protested it for a while until I realised I'm getting nowhere so I put an insurance claim through Autopage. A few weeks later (still no feedback) I inquired only to be told I am under-insured and must pay in R1000 to get the same phone. I advised that I will not pay for somebody else's mistake. I am waiting for the past week for return calls from Lionel (and his manager who was going to assist regarding insurance issue from Pavillion branch) after repeatedly querying the status. Autopage clearly has no regard for the customer's interests as long as they are getting money from the client! I am without my phone nearly 2 months now. I no longer want a status update, I WANT A DELIVERY DATE!
