No answer on the phone, no call backs

After waiting half an hour for these people to answer the phone, they say they can't help me but will get some one to phone back, so I wait another 3 hours, no one calls, I phone again and wait for a very long period again, again a call back is promised, no one calls. Call back a 3rd time and leave a message on their stupid automated answering machine, and still no one calls back.

Stay out of South Africa, all the international companies that want to invest and all local companies that couldn't be bothered ensuring good service delivery, take you companies and close up, don't waste your time and the publics money, rather just say, we can't handle it and leave.
