Poor Service and No Delivery as Promised!!

I booked in my Blackberry 9320 for repairs on the 12 May 2012 and even though my contract was with MTN my phone was booked under Cell C warranty as an Apple phone and Lionel doesnt give any explainations. The turn around time was between 7-21 workings days and when I had made calls I was told the phone was still at Cell C and Lionel was not sure when my phone would be back with a dont care attitude as he didnt even bother to mention he would follow up just that when he does recieve the phone he woulld call back. Autopage needs to hire more competent staff and give custmer feedback.
