LACK OF FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER SERVICES IS SHOCKING

Good Morning,

I have logged an enquiry in January regarding my account and to date have received no response from the above mentioned employee and her Team leader (Suzan). Her team leader promised to call me back on the 21/02/2013 and i am still waiting. She was so unhelpful and her attitude was shocking considering she deals with clients. The ladies are fully aware of my query. Look into it and provide me with feedback today.

My contract expires at the end of this month and i want this cancelled and to be contacted regarding this cancellation.
