One Time payments was to be reversed. After logging a query, a reference number was issued on 5 Nov. After several calls to query why I was not refunded, no one has bothered to provide me with feedback. I have called 8 times! I escalated my issue and requested to speak to the Team Leader twice - she promised twice to call me - the afternoon and then again within an hour - NOTHING!!! Also left 2 messages for her. This is so not on!!!
