I started a new contract with Cell C 2 months ago. As with any new contract, you fine tune everything till you know what works. Last week Thursday I reached my monthly limit. They say you just call 140 and the problem will be sorted... Being promised I will be contacted by the right department within 48hours, the wait started... I am in sales so my phone is crucial. Sat my line was still suspended. So much for 48hours. I called again and was promised the matter has been escalated, and everything should be fine by Sat. It is now Sunday and I am still in the same position. So 4 days still no joy. Just please make the time and effort to sort out the problem that will take 2 minutes. I hate when someone promises me something and can't deliver. I placed my faith in Cell C and I really think your great. Please don't let the ball drop because of incompetent people.
