Cell C
PAY PAY PAY BUT NO SERVICES/ EMPTY PROMISES

I bourght a phone contract at cell c. i started having problems with cell c after few months of havg entered with cell c in agreement. i started receiving masseges of missed calls. people couldnt get hold of me than i called cell c, they told me i must give them five numbers of people who tried contactg me. than they fixed the problem. than after few months again started having problems, when at work the was no network but at home the was network. people could get hold of me at home only, i call cell c they said they are having a problem they will fixed it. which they did after few days than after a week i started having problem with bis when at work its on but when at home its off but i am busy paying for it. i told cell c they said they are having problems at pretoria. i told them i dont want to do anything anymore with cell c, they must cancel the contract and i dont want to pay anything. they gave me refrence no and said they will call me within 3days. which they failed i had to call them and complain again which i waited until today i called and they placed me hold for long i dropped the call and they send me messege that they cant cancel because of terms and conditions.
