FED UP WITH CELL C!!!

My account with Cell is just not getting sorted out! My account was debited twice in August and they just can't see it!! This matter was handed over to Mbongeni Ntshangase from the escalated Queries Department, he handed it over to accounts and no one is coming back to me!

This morning i phoned Cell C Head office and spoke to Judith, Faith and Moseng and yet none of the 3 can get this problem sorted out. After i spoke to these ladies they blocked my line and suspended my cellphone services, so now i'm sitting with a account that was debited twice by Cell C and they're blocking my line as well, GREAT, THIS IS SUCH GREAT SERVICE FROM CELL C!!! I can't wait for my contract to expire because i really don't want to have anything to do with Cell C anymore, i'm sick of this nonsense!! They're accounts people aren't experienced enough to sort out accounting queries!
