I took out two data contracts with Cell C for R199 and R 299 . All that could go wrong started from the beginning, firstly I was promised the receipt of both within two weeks, it took a month and numerous calls and numerous apologies for Cell c to deliver (June to July). Then started, deductions since then have been double to triple of the agreed monthly contract fee. Firtst call July 2013 to enquire why the agreed fees are not deducted as agreed, resulted in many it has been escalated to the billing department, then speak to my teamleader, he/she will escalate to the relevant department, then October even called to cancell was told i ll have to pay the remainder of contract in full, if i cancel, cancelling dept, promised and escalated to billing department same response when i call afterwards, call was directed to billing department, one time when i called, billing dept closed call because of insufficient info... what insufficient info if contract stated a fixed contract fee R199 and R299. Then escalated to the CEO compliants department hoping for better result Spoke to a Sipho Sithole, who escalated the query to a collague, 6 months later still no resolution. Frustrate
