Cant report phone because of no ITC numbe

My phone was and I need an ITC number to report it to SAP..being a contract phone they cant find it on their systems. They keep blaming head office, but are so RUDE! I am also battling for them to black list it. The sim swap is also taking longer then 24 hours! Time to change networks I think.
