Horrific service & grossly under-staffed

Waiting in the queue for over an hour with 4 staff in Sandton city on Saturday. The store is minute for one of the busiest shopping centers in the Southern Hemisphere!! MTN has a market capitalization of over R330bn on the JSE!!! This is insanity!! Week after week there are queue so clearly Mtn are aware of this situation.

Invest some money in staff, staff training and a bigger store... it's a disgrace.
