Very Slow Service

Every time you go to the Dispensary, there is a long queue and only a few staff operating.
many times I just turn around and leave.
Today was another one of those days. they know that between 12pm and 2.30pm on week days they are busy as people come in during their lunch break.
However, there were 10 of us in the queue and 2 staff serving. they then increased it to 4 staff. But each one takes their time. they have no urgency to get to the next customer. In between customers they stop to talk to each other. The service is pathetic. It's not like they are short staffed. The others are there at the back.
They obviously think that they have the edge in the market so that they can operate this way.
No more. I'll use Clicks or Dis-Chem Greenstone. We also have to work
