My phone was blocked by Cell C, due to maximum limit reached. I then called 084140 as per message instruction in order to increase the limit. To my suprised they said to me they will attend to my problem in 48 hrs, meaning I was out of reach for the entire weekend. I then had to buy a new phone and airtime just so I can comunicate with the world. I am completely disatisfied with what happened to me this past Surtday and would like to state it categorically that there will be no contract renewal in future.
