I have been giving MTN my money for 16 years. I have just been TRICKED into upgrading again! Oh my gosh. Two years ago I called MTN AND went to the Menlyn branch because I keep on getting two invoices every month, one in each of my email adresses, and they do not correspond, and even say that i'm in arrears, even though i have only ever paid by debit order. A month ago I went to the Menlyn branch again TWICE, and spoke to Retha. Besides having to go there TWICE, i also called her personally at least twice and sent emails to her to try and get this sorted out once and for all. I said that I would not upgrade if you could not fix this issue. She assured me that it was fixed, even after i asked at least twice if she was sure. GUESS WHAT!!! it is not fixed. I cannot believe that MTN can not sort this out. Oh my gosh this cannot be so difficult! I feel conned into upgrading and i am now convinced that you have no clue how to work your billing systems, your staff are incompetent and you do not take your clients seriously. SORT MY BILLING OUT! I will not let this go!!
