Unbelievable!!!

I had a 750 subscription with MTN. Way back in the past I`ve put a call limit on this number to have control on the billing on this number. Since then the account was a fixed amount each month with the most currently on R777 each month. April I did a upgrade and though the amounts differ as for the upgrade month R806. and the next month R998 it made sense to me as I know in upgrading there is always some costs involved. But to my surprise rather shock I received my latest billing with a account of R6 131.62!!! On enquiring how this is possible as from my understanding there is a call limit of the 750 on this number I was told call limit does not exist anymore and that this number never had call limit on it - they can see that the account was a fixed amount every month but they can not explain why! And sorry mam you have to pay this ridiculous account!!!
