Cell C
Does anyone know what they are doing???

I've been a client of Cell C for almost if not more than 6 years. I DID HAVE MY UPS AND DOWN WITH THEM OCCASIONALLY, but nothing too extreme. I don't know if they just randomly employ people off the street and give them job titles such as "customer consultant, technician or accountant" What a freaking joke because not one of them know what the they are doing and after a looong phone conversation with one of them you are left with your blood pressure so high and still more questions then answers. Saying I'm not happy with their service is a understatement. I wont be renewing my 2 cellphone contracts with them next year. Ive got a debit order that is suppose to go off on the 15th of every month. The last 2 months it didn't go off because of insufficient fund because they were trying to debit my account for more then my monthly instalment should be. When asking them what the reason for this is, it cant be explained and I get mixed answers. So sick of Cell C and I believe I'm not the only one to feel this way. Next year I will definitely not use their services. L. VD Westhuizen
