I have had an array of unpleasant experiences with Autopage over the last year or so. I thought I had cleard up all the drama after i had decided to cancel my debit order and pay via eft montlhy to avoid double billing etc.

Now apparently the billing software has been upgraded and policy changes have been made stating that you need to pay your cell bill by the 15th if you are not on debit order. After an up and down and threats monthly of being suspended and paying reconnection fees i have conceeded to pay on the 15th of every month.

Now I am getting sms's telling me that I will be paying and additional R15 monthly because I am paying cash and then constant harrsment to go back onto a debit order...

All I want from a cellular provider is to provide me with a service and I will pay. The amount of headspace spent monthly trying to navigate the newest spectacular display of incompentence is exhausting.

I understand the pressure of having to try and please the masses but have you no ounce of regard for your brand?

Oh yes and the reason I wont go onto debit order... I have no desire to respeat the battle of having R8K charges for one months data usage explained
