Cell debit ordered my account 4 times for my two contracts, one was on the 30 th of December as per our agreement and then again on the 17th January 2014, the second one we did not agree to and my bank charged me for the 4 debit orders that I must just pay two of, I want this ractified as I am a 6 year customer of cell c and if this problems occur again I wont recommend them or renew my contracts.
