Removal of number off network??

I have two new lines with Telkom mobile (1week). Tuesday, 19 March, my one line was cancelled. Added to this, I could'n't text msg either. So, I have two lovely problems to date still unresolved. I phoned in and the operator indicated they were offline. She was going to mail the technical dept and text me the case no. Well, this never happened after phoning again that same day looking for my case no. The morning of the 20th, still no sign of a case no. I finally got things going with a case no. This is where issues started getting rough. I was told that a 72 hr turnaround applied to get things resolved. The number had to be recycled and then reissued.By now, I could not SMS from my other line. So it continued. Numerous calls to their call centre and no one being able to assist since Tuesday. I could finally text for one day and for the 2nd time this week, smsing was on the blink starting Thursday again. This is where the second case comes in; 2 cases in less than a week? To date, no info received and I'm not allowed to chat to team leaders or managers. I'm not allowed to speak to technical either. What happens to payment for non connectivity? We'll wait and see..disgraceful!!
