Flat batteries

In short-

I bought a pack of 36 AA great value batteries at builders warehouse in Roodepoort, I opened the pack and all the batteries are flat,

I did phone Great value to complain on the following dates -21/11/2013 14:42, - 23/11/2013 12:35, - 26/11/2013 15:00, - AND 29/11/2013 14:13 and still nobody phones me back everybody is just passing the buck if I phone.

Poor poor product and poor poor service.

TAKE MY WORD AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ON DURACELL BATTERIES!!!
