Just want to give credit where it's due :)

I must say the quick response I received after applying online for a contract was really amazing!
Seconds after I clicked 'Apply', I got a call, and it was a call center agent (Joshua) who wanted to complete my order. After the call I received a sms saying my application had been approved and that I'd get my cellphone within 2-4 working days... this totally beats having to go into the store and stand in queue's! ALL this was done in less than half an hour and I didn't need anything!
