Good product, pushy agent

I had experienced a demonstration for the Aqua Ozone product and I was sold on it. I filled out an Application/Quotation (This was the heading) for a credit application for the product.

Unfortunately later the SAME day I had an incident involving a hospital visit and let the agent know ON that day that I would be unable to meet the financial obligations, and to cancel the order. The agent let me know she would work on it.

I only heard from her next 5 days (3 working days) later to say that she'd been unable to cancel the order due to the loan being approved and she wanted to deliver the product before leaving on vacation overseas within an hour from her call. This is without them having the required documentation such as copy of ID, proof of income, nor the required deposit.

The National Consumer's Act gives you the right to cancel any purchase up to 5 working days AFTER receiving the product. I have not received the product and indicated clearly that I did not want it with follow-up emails.

I've had no response to my emails so far and no confirmation that the debit order won't be going through.
