9 MONTHS -NO DELIVERY OF ALBUM-BREACH OF CONTRACT

Kal rendered services to us about 9 months ago for our wedding. According to our contract he promised us that once we chose our pictures, we would receive our album within 3 months, to date we have not received anything. Everytime we contact him, he gives us the same excuse in two weeks time or il reorder your book as there is some delay but when we contact him again, its the same story. We have alot of money for his services but have received nothing from him. He does a good job but he doesnt deliver on time. He is breach of his contract and thus has further caused enough problems between my husband and i as i was the one who hired Kal.
