Incompetent staff and a don't care attitude servic

I upgraded two lines on the 19th of Feb. I was advised via sms that both lines, was approved. Yet the call centre phoned to enquire as to why I cancelled my upgrade. I advised them I didn't and they said there was a note with Cheslin's name on it. I send him emails and out of the 4 emails he responded to one. I went to see him and he didn't even apologised. I asked him to track the handsets and all he said was they are awaiting delivery. (You don't track parcels like that, if you track, you give an actuall location and expected time of arrival!!!) I proceeded to contact Marco, which promised he would return my call or Cheslin would, after he spoke to Cheslin. Two hours later, no call, I phoned him 4 times, in 3 hours, he simply ignored my calls and sms this morning. Both my two handsets have still not been delivered. I WON'T ACCEPT THIS MEDIOCRE SERVICE. I want action to be taken immediately!!! This is absolute NONSENSE that a paying customer, would have to struggle with staff that doesn't give a for their customers!!!
