The don't want to help

The serves i received from this call centre just explains to me way my packages is missing! I phoned the first person i spoke to Shawn, just a awful person to help you, he sound like the dead or in a very bad mood, unprofessional for someone to work in a call centre! He didn't't even help me took my track number and put me threw to the reception. The reception forward my call again to the call centre and then my line were dead. I phoned again spoke to a lady, we came as far to track the parcels and according to her it is delivered, i received nothing, she told me to hold the line and then my line is dead, she cut the call! The 3rd call i spoke to the slowest women i ever heard, we got as far to tell me my parcels is delivered and i told her i received nothing, there is no proof of delivery. She said someone will be in contact with me i gave my number and she told me to wait, i asked her what about my name " e sorry mama your name" well i am still waiting. If there is anyone at skynet worldwide express that can just help me by telling me were my parcels is i will appreciate it, but one's again, i experienced real bad service and i am very upset about it!
