Bad attitude and poor service

Hi

My wife and I recently signed for new mtn contracts at the Sanlam MTN store in Bellville Cape Town. We both chose an iPhone 5s. My phone arrived fairly quickly and without hassle but my wife's new phone application has been very troublesome

1) The sales person (Cheslin Beukes) did not keep us up to date on progress
2) Eventually my wife's phone arrived and he handed her the phone BUT did not do the SIM activation
3) We then followed the instructions to activate the SIM ourselves but that did not work as expected. Since we're existing mtn customers we want to retain our old mtn numbers
4) My wife then returned to the store repeatedly for assistance but none was given
5) Eventually I called Cheslin Beukes and appealed to him to help her activate the sim correctly
6) He claimed to have resolved the matter but it is still an issue

My wife's new SIM card is still not activated and the old sim continues to operate in her old phone. Seems like sales people only care until the deal is signed and they get their commission

We are absolutely livid. If i have to speak to Cheslin again it will be a shouting match. Please rectify this matter ASAP
