Customer service /Data service have no clue

I had a problem connecting to certain sites as a result of parental control (Facebook). after asking the customer services department to remove resctriction i was told to call data services, when i called data services i was told to call customer services. i spoke to a supervisor named neville tampu who was going to call me back but never did.
