VODACOM Forced Parental Guidance on My DATA 3G

I buy approximately R1000 / month in data bundles from Vodacom for use with my phone and my 3G connectivity. A few months ago I started getting blocked from certain sites, not even adult sites (Which I might understand) but sites I need access to in my career as an independent IT Consultant. I emailed Vodacom and called their helpdesk and was told that THEY (Vodacom) had set my Parental Guidance settings to that of a young CHILD - without my consent!!! I asked them to rectify it, but they refused telling me that I had to go IN PERSON to ny nearest Vodacom shop with my ID and they would unblock it. With no other choice I took time off work to go and do this. That was about 6 weeks ago - GUESS WHAT - They have done it again, and YES they refuse to unblock it unless I go IN PERSON - AGAIN- to the Vodacom shop and beg them to unblock it. REALLY - this is just not fair. I PAY for my service and get treated like this, Who gives them the right to censor MY data connection as a child, demanding I go in person to ask them to fix it. Why cant they fix it over the helpline? Signed - DESPERATE
