Cell C
My data services have been disabled

I've been trying to call cell c with regards to to data services being disabled and its been over a week now. i tried rebooting my blackberry but that does not seem to solve my problem. every time i try logging into the internet a get this message "data services are disabled. go to mobile network to enable"

i cant use bbm nor whatsapp. its frustrating becuase every time i call the call centre, they tell me to hold while they are tranfering me to the technical department and when they do they immediately drop the call. this happenned 3 consecutives times and every time i have to confirm my information tio the next agent only to drop my call afterwards.
