Electronics and household app.

I sent in my phone for repairs at istore The Glen about 10 days ago. They booked it in and informed me that since it is still under iphone warranty it will most probably be replaced. They inform me that it will be done within 5-10 days. The technician informs me that they will contact me. I do mention that the number I use for the iphone will be off because I don't have another phone that takes these new sim cards and that I'm going to purchase a new sim card and I can come give them the new number, he tells me its okey as they will email me. So that's settled. I wait for exactly 10 days and get NO response whatsoever. I go in to fetch my phone yesterday and first of all they take like 10 mins finding my phone in the back and then they tell me my phone was sent back because it is not a vodacom phone. I did mention to them I purchased this phone at istore VODAWORLD!! I even showed them my proof of purchase when I was being booked in. Then he tells me we couldn't get a hold of you. Why is your phone always off?? Are you kidding me!! So I'm like your service is and I'm taking my phone somewhere else and his response is "are you sure? "! I was so upset.
