I have been a subscriber through Altech Autopage for over ten years. In this time I have had various arguments about my line been cut and not been reconnected when staff have indicated that they have had it done.

The final straw has come down to my contract renewal. I have a mail (10 Dec '12) from a manager (Angelo) authorising an early renewal for 06 Jan '13, yet when calling in on 7 Jan '13 there is no such indication on the system. With Angelo being on leave I spoke to a consultant, Nigel. He called me back to say that he had got an approval on the early renewal, and after discussing phones and packages, I settled for a phone that wasn't of the spec we originally discussed (due to no stock). He indicated that he will courier it to me, and would have it by Thursday 10/01/2013.

When there was no delivery on 10/01/13 I called to check up, basically to be told that it wasnt invoiced and I wasn't due for an upgrade. I blew my top mainly because I was to again by the staff, and then the managers Tom & Collin made excuses for the staff. Totally unacceptable. Cell contracts are one sided. If I default I get nailed, if there is poor or no service delivery we my just accept!
