One week later and contract still not activated

On 4 January I paid for a number port and activation of a new contract. Today is 11 January and I have still not had this done for me but have been told daily that it will be done... during the week the contract was activated on another number "by error"

My husband is self employed so without this number we are not able to talk to his clients. i have been spoken to three separate people and countless machines this morning and still no one is willing or able to help me although everyone is hugely polite and keeps telling me they will help me and get back to me.

(Please note that the cell number i have provided for vodacom to contact me is not the one with which I am having a problem!!)
