I phoned customer service this morning to ask for the contact number of one of their branches in Cape Town (Bayside Mall), which not listed on the telephone directory. I spoke to a lady by the name of Zanele, she was absolutely not helpful at all. She kept on telling me that they can locate the branch by the town name, I gave her Parklands, Tableview and Blaauwberg areas, still no luck. I then asked her to put me through to head office and she said she is from head office. I ask how come head office doesnt have a number of one of their branches? This is ridiculous. She then said I have to phone 200 from my cellphone, it is the MTN Directory MAYBE they will be able to get me the number. I have to pay to call that number. This very dissapointing from a big company as this.
