We visited the Markham Tableview branch on Saturday 06 July 2013 and had a very very bad experience with the manager on duty. I believe her name is PAM. We did our shopping and got to the counter to pay, the teller which was also the Manager on Duty didn't even greet, smile or said anything. She started scanning the garments and asked very abruptly "6 or 12 months" my partner answered. She said "card", he gave the card, she did the transaction and said "sign". Not even a please or thank you or anything. She just gave our slips and continued on the telephone. I took the slips, left the store, but this bothered me too much I went back and asked one of the assistants on the floor for the number of your head office. He went to the counter to get the number. Pam asked him what he was looking for. He politely said "the customer is looking for the number of head office" and Pam answered, "Ya she is most probably going to complain about me, you might as well right my name down with the number" I stood in awe as this is no way to deal with customers. I was extremely upset by the treatment I received and I will certainly not be shopping at your store again.
