Sheet Street
Ran around, no help from two branches

I got an sms from Sheet Street saying i can open an account with them. I called the number i was sent and we did the application on the phone and was told that the account had been approved with a R4500 limit, i even received an sms saying i have been allocated a reference number and the sms read that i should go to ANY sheet street. I went to street sheet menlyn on sunday the 28 July 2013, i ws told when searching the account with my ID number it didnt reflect anything about my account and that they will call head office the following day as the head office was closed. I got to work on Monday and called the head office and the lady i spoke to confirmed that my account on their side reflected that it was active and has been approved then i called Sheet street menlyn and i told them what head office said and the lady on the phone Maria said i could come collect my card and that she called head office and all was well..Today i went to sheet street wonderpark, i wss told it doesnt reflect still. I am so disappointed, had to run around like this. Please assist
