Babybliss Hot Brush - Gas Cylinders

I purchased a Babybliss Hot Brush (Gas) from Clicks Boskruin on the 26th February 2013 and paid 349.99 for the Hot Brush and bought extra gas cylinders for 89.99. (EXCLUSIVE TO CLICKS) These were finished at the end of May. I went in to purchase more and was told there was no stock at the depot. I phoned Head Office in Jhb to check for stock and I was told by a sales manager that he would enquire about it and phone me back. No phone call. I phoned today again and spoke to a very helpful lady, who told me stock had been ordered and would be in store by August. She advised me to phone the buyer in Cape Town Head Office and gave me her and her assistants number. I was unable to reach the buyer and spoke to her assistant - who I found very unhelpful. She told me it was coming in September and there was nothing she could do. She told me it was wrong of Jhb Head Office to tell me to phone - because THERE WAS PLENTY OF STOCK IN JHB. She then read out where stock was available - BURGERSFORT, PIETERSBURG, SPRINGS, BENONI, ( CRESTA)(JHB) I phoned Cresta - NO STOCK! The assistant told me she did not know areas in Jhb? There is more, but my question is WHY SELL PRODUCTS WITH NO BACKUP??
