I took a contract with 8ta telkom Mobile for my daughter and myself on the 21 June 2013. The consultant ported both our numbers on the same day mine went successfully, My daughter's did well till this day. Instead we were given two reasons for one phone being (1.Classification of the account does not match with the number.2. The porting was cancelled, ) I do not know by whom. We called the call center with no luck and was always sent to the branch, we are not helped instead we went there more than 4 times. My device gave me problems from day one. It only receives or makes calls in the malls. I went to 8ta in Sandton and they send me back to the shop which I got my contract. I spoke to everyone of them informed that I have missed important meetings and doctors appointments because of the phone, they take everything for granted. This is in one contract. I want a phone as soon as yesterday!
