I have received my new Samsung S3 LTE and despite Vodacom's call center personnel being very helpful, seem to be misunderstanding my issue and I continue to battle with signal, and data signal. I am unable to make phone calls 90% of the time receiving an error message "Not registered on the network", a reboot of the phone sometimes resolves the issue, sometimes it does not. It has been 5 days that I have not had a reliable phone (data or voice) and its becoming ridiculous. I have tried all combinations of possible settings on the device, all with the same result. I have never had LTE signal, but any data signal is quite rare even in area's where I have previously never had a problem. What absolutely baffles me though is that I am not even able to make or receive calls, or send and receive sms's (let alone the data problems).

My wife has received the same phone and she is now also experiencing the same issues!!

What is the problem? My device? Or your network?!?!? When will it be fixed?? I cannot wait for your SLA to expire in another 7 days time only to have to re-log the issue!
