I took out a contract purchasing LG L7 optimus cellphone., on the first occasion of receiving the phone the phone froze often and rotated without control. I personally went to the store to show the consultant the problem and I was told that they would send the phone to repairs after 5 days I will get it back. I went to fetch the phone and I was given a new phone. this phone had software problems. once again I took the phone in, it was sent in for 5 days. when I went to collect the phone another new phone was given to me and I was told that I would get a better version of the phone if it has problems again. the third time I sent the phone in I was told that I can only get better version of the phone if I pay the difference. I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving whilst paying for a phone that is always problematic. my question is what is LG and Vodacom doing for their customers as they are not compensating for not having the phone and the problems that is recurring. I am paying for what I don't have it is really upsetting.
