ON THE 6TH OF FEBRUARY I'VE COMPLAINT ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS PHONE THAT WAS SUSPENDED. ACCORDING TO US VODACOM OWES HER MONEY, AS SHE IS PAID IN ADVANCE AS A RESULT OF DEBIT ORDERS THAT VODACOM PUT THROUGH FOR AMOUNTS 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY ACCOUNT AMOUNT. THEY RESPONDED AND ASKED FOR INFORMATION, ON ACCOUNT NUMBER, ID ETC. THIS WAS SENT TO THEM AND I WAS "CC"ED WITH THE INFO. ON THE 11TH OF FEBRUARY THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL TO SAY THAT THE QUERY WAS CLOSED AS THEY HAVE RECEIVED NO INFORMATION. HOW IS IT THAT I WHO WAS CC ed IN THE EMAIL GOT IT, BUT THEY DIDNT. IT WAS SENT TO THEM AGAIN, AND NUMEROUS TIMES AFTER THAT, BUT NO ONE EVEN BOTHERS TO ANSWER. WHY DONT THEY JUST GIVE HER THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL HER CONTRACT, KEEP HER NUMBER AND WALK AWAY FROM THEM. THIS PROBLEM KEEPS GOING ON FOR YEARS NOW. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING THIS BAD BEFORE.
