Cell C
Cannot retrieve balance from interface

I have two Cell C speed stick contracts. I have since November 2012 emailed Cell C numerous times with my complaint. They either don't bother to reply & when they do, it's weeks later. I have done everything they have asked of me & the problem is still not resolved.

The problem is that the user interface does not retrieve my data balance when I request it to.
