BIS not working

My BIS is not working and all my friends who has BIS is working fine.

I phoned the call centre and they put me through to Blackberry helpdesk. Spoke to Colin. He said there was nothing wrong with my BIS. Well it is still not working and other Blacberry phones of my son and friends are working fine. I do not want to talk to him if you contact me because he either does not understand the problem or does not know what to do.

My phone is working fine when phoning and when I send or receive SMS's.

I need the problem to be sorted out please.
