Unsatisfactory response despite numerous phone cal

On my account with Cell C I have 5 numbers. Of these 5 numbers I receive 1 number's account via E- mail, 2 accounts via snail mail and the remainder no account at all. This despite the fact that I have requested, on numerous occasions to the call centre, that I wish to receive all invoices and statements via e-mail. I have had the same e- mail and residential address for more than 8 years.
Recently I upgraded and /or ported 4 new contracts with them. 2 were exactly the same contracts for2x i phone 5s and 2 were exactly the same for 2x Blacberry 9320s. These were all done through Cell C Direct. They managed to mess this up comprehensively. One of each contract (i Phone and Blackberry) were done right. The other i Phone is on some top up package and the other Blacberry is on a contract which does not suit my wife and was not the agreed upon contract. I have tried in vain to have this matter rectified. The first thing you hear when you call the Call Centre is that all calls are recorded. It is time they go and listen to the numerous calls I have made in this regard and sort me out if they have it in them. Soon my last number will be due for an upgrade but I doubt if I will use them.
