Blacberry is horrible

I bought my Blacberry Bold 9900 phone 20days ago. It has not sustand any damage. Last night I was budy typing on my phone and the trackpad just stopped working. It can clic but won't scroll at all. This is pathetic qualit of a top maket product and makes me wish I rather bought another brand phone. This is really horrible service and I hoop blacberry wll replace my pone as it is not my fault
