Our business runs off VOIP which runs off the ADSL line we rent from Telkom. I callled about a problem with the line, which the fault report call centre agent picked up, advised it was a problem and confirmed there would be no call out fee.

I have called at least twice a day, every day, and still nothing has been done.

This is DAY 6!!
