TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE IN FIXING ADSL BUSINESS LINE

On 27th November our business adsl line went down. Telkom was immediately called, I was on hold for 29minutes before I managed to report the fault.

It is now 4th December and NOTHING has been done to repair this line. Our whole business runs on this line! We are losing money each and every day because of this. I call in 3 to 4 times per day for progress reports, haha what a joke, after being on hold NO less than 18mins per call, I have been fed one after another. Day 6 I was told the tech was aware of the fault!! Well I would hope so! Then I was told they came on 2nd Dec and not been back since, surely once a tech is assigned a job they FIX it before moving on to others? Clearly not with telkom. You cannot speak to the techs or tech department directly, and the call centers are not allowed to give out their numbers. I suppose this so the tech department can do as they please and not be held accountable in any way! DISGUSTING and PATHETIC!!! ref # 636CRK271113
