SHOCKING SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO HELP

I must comment on 2 of your staff members ISAIAH MAPONYA/BRIDGETTE DHLAMINI, I contact Isaiah to assist me on a query that I have been struggling to resolve from the time they sold me the contract, I have an email in writing from ISAIAH MAPONYA/BRIDGETTE DHLAMINI, confirming my contract was for R 99 per month all incl, I have been billed R 183 for the beginning of this contract, I called over 20 times tried to speak to the very incompetent accounts department who almost on every occasion just cut the call on me, after failing them I ask ISAIAH MAPONYA/BRIDGETTE DHLAMINI, for help and ISAIAH MAPONYA outright refused, he was very rude and for a supervisor carried himself and handled this shockingly, I am revolted by the level of service or non service received from, I have an email in writing from him and all I asked was to simply recitify this with there accounts, I said to him I tried speaking to them and no one has helped me, so he was my last resort! To my dismay he refused to help, this is being handed over to my lawyers as this is complete breach of contract and cell c is me, someone like ISAIAH MAPONYA should be removed from his role as supervisor, he is of no help!
